Regional Sales Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and meeting sales goals by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, and cold calling.

REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years minimum experience in outside sales, specifically to automotive dealerships. Established business relationships preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must be able to engage directly and effectively with the Key Customers to build strong relationships and generate new sales opportunities. Must have strong closing abilities.
Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and written skills.
Assertive, competitive, and goal-oriented.
Flexible and solution-driven.
Must be able to work independently and in collaboration with others on assigned tasks and projects while meeting all deadlines.
Proven track record of sales, prospecting, and cold calling clients to achieve new business acquisitions within automotive dealerships/groups.
Displays great personal commitment to customer satisfaction and thus leads by example

SALARY:

Base salary + commissions dependent on experience
