Regional Sales Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and meeting sales goals by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, and cold calling. 


REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in outside sales, specifically to automotive dealerships. Established business relationships preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be able to engage directly and effectively with the Key Customers to build strong relationships and generate new sales opportunities. Must have strong closing abilities. 
  • Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and written skills.
  • Assertive, competitive, and goal-oriented. 
  • Flexible and solution-driven.  
  • Must be able to work independently and in collaboration with others on assigned tasks and projects while meeting all deadlines. 
  • Proven track record of sales, prospecting, and cold calling clients to achieve new business acquisitions within automotive dealerships/groups. 
  • Displays great personal commitment to customer satisfaction and thus leads by example 
  • Your ability to provide best-in-class service to your dealers will determine the value they place in you and WinnowPro. 


SALARY:
  • Base salary + commissions dependent on experience
