Digital Account Strategist

About the role:

WinnowPro seeks a Digital Account Strategist (Automotive Industry Focused) who will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring the digital advertising outreach programs of our end clients - B2B and B2C (Focus Industry – Auto). You will be key to ensure that the digital marketing strategy is followed and is transparent between the marketing team, stakeholders (global marketing teams) and tech teams by using the appropriate communication channels. 

Requirements:

·  6-8 years of expertise in digital marketing (preferably in an agency) with 3+ years of experience in managing Auto Clients (experience with multiple Auto clients is a must)

·  Running ads on Google, Facebook-Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital mediums (A Google Ads certified individual would be preferred)

·  Hands-on with execution, reporting, optimization and tracking, with a focus on improving digital ad performance and ROAS

·  Setting up tracking and analytics of digital ad campaigns

·  A comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console & CRM tools

·  Experience in running VIN specific ads, Dynamic Search ads, Dynamic Retargeting, Geo Fenced Ads, Native Ads across mediums is a must.

·  Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and strategies across varied industries

·  Knowledge of Email Marketing Programs and Email Service Providers

·  Knowledge of the affiliate space and how to execute an affiliate marketing strategy

·  Drive to keep yourself updated with the latest and best ad campaign strategies and technological advancements within the adtech and automotive space

·  Fast learner and able to function within tight deadlines

·  Fantastic communication skills (proficiency in English), ability to learn quickly

·  Bachelor’s degree is a must

Key Responsibilities:

·  Strategize and execute paid campaigns on different channels with an experiment-oriented mindset looking to discover new avenues of targeting and channels

·  Implement and improve digital advertising by utilizing quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize campaign performance

·  Provide data analysis and strategic insights to marketing team members on campaign changes required to increase lead generation, engagement levels, and other marketing goals

·  Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media

·  Collaborate with the different product marketing teams to ensure that personalized assets are created for the different target accounts which are engaging and enable conversion across the buying funnel.

Senior Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Contract Remote Candidate in US/East.

The Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst / Certified SCRUM Master will work directly with the lines of business to gather detailed requirements and participate in the end to end development of projects, epics and user stories. Ensures active participation from both the Technology Department and the business through Product Owners, and manages budgets, effort, scope, estimates, and project schedules. Works as an independent resource, interacting daily with all levels of management within all the lines of business and within the Technology Department, providing strong leadership and an open channel of communication. Partners with the Director, Digital Strategy and Analytics to communicate a crisp strategic vision for the Technology Department and for the Institute in all matters related to innovation and technology solutions.

A key responsibility is to work closely with Product Owners as part of the Scrum Team to develop User Stories for the lines of business at Winnow. This may mean having to supervise additional Business Analysts and review/approve their work.

This role is also responsible for providing oversight over winnow.co, including design refresh and integration with backend systems that provide Digital Marketing functions and other key and critical pieces of information. Support activity and initiatives related to Winnow infrastructure integration and Social Media Integration with various Social Media platforms. Management and/or assistance with budgeting, resource planning, roadmap maintenance, operation of agile process for the projects assigned. Working collaboratively with the Directors, Process Engineers, Product Owners and executive team ensures that proper staffing and excellent delivery is provided across all development efforts. Ensures that Winnow’s software development practices and quality standards are followed, and that the Works closely with the DevOps, Agile, and Release Management leads to ensure that methodologies, technologies and automation are implemented for all development efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for bringing diverse stakeholders with different expectations together in gathering requirements and making project decisions
  • Responsible for delivery of various tools and technology and all software development efforts within scope
  • Process and workflow creation and re-engineering for successful project implementations
  • Recommend best practices from solid understanding of digital, mobile and web applications
  • Oversee/monitor legacy system retirement and replacement/upgrades to systems
  • Ensure that the software development teams are following standards, working closely with Director, Agile Software Development to deliver technical solutions
  • Continually promote efficiencies and wherever possible
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, and coordinate schedules with other work streams for the flawless execution of projects
  • Enable a collaborative environment with the Technology Department and the Business to ensure project delivery and resource availability
  • Participate in sprint release schedule planning and tracking
  • Ensure that project scopes are delivered on time and within the estimated effort
  • Maintain the Kanban or similar Boards and detailed project plan to track progress and milestones
  • Schedule and drive status meetings and daily Scrums
  • Facilitate and coordinate the review and sign-off of project milestones, such as technical design, build, and test
  • Capture detailed functional and technical requirements for each assigned epic and/or story
  • Use user stories to drive the design or review of test cases and process change requests
  • Work closely with the QA Automation engineer to ensure that appropriate testing is being coordinated and executed prior to release.
  • Use JIRA and other tools to manage changes in project scope and schedule
  • Guide and coordinate project implementation and go-live plans with internal teams and third parties
  • Participate in designing reporting and alerting requirements using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate unresolvable issues, delays, resource constraints, and other blockers or bottlenecks to senior management as needed
  • Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risks
  • Experience reviewing and approving User Stories

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a hands-on, team player who can wear various hats to ensure completion of tasks and goals
  • Certified SCRUM Master and/or proven SCRUM Master abilities with 3+ years of experience operating as an Agile PM; including management of routines, story creation, Kanban and similar boards, roadmap development and maintenance
  • Experience managing a matrixed environment with diverse stakeholders from different areas of a company and having different expectations, possibly as a result of a company acquisition or merger.
  • 5+ years in IT
  • 3+ years in Project Management/Business Analysis
  • 2+ years with process and workflow definition, design, re-engineering and implementation
  • 2+ years leading complex development efforts
  • 2+ year working with JIRA
  • 1+ years driving collaboration and management of projects through Confluence
  • Adept at managing multiple projects or and workstreams concurrently
  • Previous experience managing 2+ projects related to public facing internet portal(s) or mobile applications
  • Experience with a CRM application suite highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan for complex data migration from multiple legacy sources
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staged delivery of functions to various business segments considering business priorities, development resources, integrations with other platforms and tools, and internal and external user training needs
